Gamma Breathwork facilitator as well as Holistic, Bach-Flower, and Crystal Therapist. In her teaching expect to experience dynamic and playful sequences, alignment-based adjustments, and introspective themes woven into each class to invite you deeper into your practice.

Music lovers since childhood that followed their calling and found their purpose in healing through sound. This French duo composed by Maël and Christelle have chosen Costa Rica as their home and they will hold the sound journey for one of our ceremonies.

What is included?

This is an all-inclusive retreat. Lodging, food, and transportation from and to San Jose are included. As well as ceremonies, movement classes, educational workshops and all group activities.

*Flights and extra services (tours, bodywork, etc) are not included.

How do I get to The Goddess Garden?

Transportation from and to San Jose Airport (SJO) is included. Pick up is at 1pm on January 6th, we recommend you fly into San Jose the day before. Departure from the retreat is on January 13th at 9am, we recommend flying out the day after.

If for any reason this doesn't work for you, we are happy to guide you on the available options for your travels.

What type of food is served?

Our food is mainly vegetarian and served in a buffet style. Upon request, we can serve fish, chicken, and seafood. We offer nutritious and wholesome international and Caribbean-style cuisine with organic and local ingredients. Gluten-free and vegan options are always available.

What if I have no previous experience?

Mushrooms are a good entry-level psychedelic, they are gentle and have a childlike energy that is loving and caring. Moreover, we will slowly and progressively move from small dosages into the ceremonial space. No experience is needed.

What if I don't have any specific intention?

A lot of times the work is to gain clarity about your present life moment and how to move forward on the road ahead. Coming with an open mind and heart is a valid intention on its own. We don't always receive what we want, but we do receive what we need.

What can I expect from a typical day?

Our non-ceremony days will have a combination of movement, downtime for exploration or rest, community circles, and educational workshops.

On ceremony days, we focus on preparation and self-reflection.

Meals are served 3 times per day.
